Update from Jackson Street Brewing:
As of 12 p.m. March 17, 2020, Governor Kim Reynolds issued a state of public health disaster forcing the closure of establishments across the state of Iowa.
All restaurants and bars will be closed to the public. This measure excludes food/beer served by carry-out, drive-through or delivery.
After consulting with the Iowa Brewers Guild and Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division, we can still conduct packaged beer sales through carry-out only in the taproom.
How you can support Jackson Street Brewing right now:
We will be open for carry-out orders only from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. during the week and 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.
For your convenience, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: order and the date and preferable pick up time.
We’ll try our hardest to get it ready so it’s a quick in and out. As a precaution, we will be sanitizing all can surfaces.
Gift certificates are available also to help keep a revenue stream flowing.
Growlers: Fills available by request, in BRAND NEW GROWLERS FROM OUR STORE ONLY.
If you can’t make it to the brewery:
We have a selection of a few beers at the Fareway stores on War Eagle Drive and Sergeant Road and the Hamilton Hy-Vee, as well as Charlie’s Wine and Spirits.
At this time, the forced closure is extended through March 31.
If for some reason, the Governor closes carry-out options, we can quickly switch to curbside pickup with details to be released later.
We are also looking at the possibility of home delivery. We would like to know if anyone is interested.
Please email us at email@example.com, subject: ideas or delivery yes!
We’ll be evaluating the process and we are working on other solutions and welcome creative ideas.
Again, thanks for your support.
