As you can imagine, we receive hundreds of requests for donations throughout the year for a wide variety of great causes and worthy undertakings. We do our best to donate to as many events/causes/undertakings as we can, but unfortunately we cannot possibly honor every request we receive.
If you would like us to consider donating to/sponsoring your event, please send an email with answers to each of the questions below to dave@jacksonstreet.beer. Submitting the required information does not mean your request will be fulfilled, only that we will consider your request.
We typically limit our donations to organizations with current 501(c)(3) status.
All donation requests must be received at least 14 days prior to the date you need the donation.
REQUIRED INFORMATION:
Name of your organization?
Name of the event (if different than the organization name)?
Date of the event?
Location of the event?
How old is the organization, or how many years has the event taken place prior to this year?
Describe the event, including the charitable purpose of the event.
Does your event have a website? If so, please provide the link.
Is the event ticketed or open to the public? If ticketed, how were tickets distributed/sold? What is/was the ticket price? How many tickets were made available, and how many have been sold?
How many people do you expect to be in attendance?
What are you asking for from Jackson Street Brewing? Please describe your ideal donation from Jackson Street Brewing, or provide examples of things similar breweries/restaurants have donated.
Provide your 501(c)(3) ID number and verification of your 501(c)(3) status.
Contact person and contact details for the event?
What is the contact person’s relation to the event/organization?
Has Jackson Street Brewing ever donated to your organization/event in the past? (This is purely for expediency purposes and will not hinder/help the chances that Jackson Street Brewing honors your request in this instance.)
